Wood-fired pizza over a campfire, firepit or BBQ is embarassingly simple with Rome's Outdoor Pizza Grill. Simply place your pizza on the grill surface and cover completely (top and bottom) with aluminum foil. The unique raised edges of the pizza grill holds the foil a few inches over the surface of the pizza, creating an oven effect and promotes even heat distribution. After about 10 minutes, the crust will be browned, thew cheese bubbly and the smell, enticing. Peel back the foil, slice and enjoy your grilled pizza.
