1. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted services.  The operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.
2. You must be 18 or if you are under the age of 18, you can purchase items only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents.
3. Your personal information is collected in order to process your order and is not used in any other manner or for any other purpose. Your private information is never disclosed to a 3rd party.
4. Cookies are required and necessary to process orders on this site
5. We are notified by email of orders placed on this site. We may not get an email until the next day due to any number of reasons. IF you MUST have an item shipped any other method other than standard UPS Ground in order to reach you in a timely manner - YOU MUST place your order by phone. This will insure someone is in the office and able to process your order immediately. Otherwise we do not guarantee overnight or other special shipment requests.
